Elite athletes to weekend warriors can all benefit from regular recovery and maintenance massage treatments. Received regularly this may help athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse or muscle imbalances. Pre and post event massages are carefully structured through a trained sports massage therapist to ensure you enhance your performance whatever your level or sport.
Air Compression Therapy
Through a series of compartments that inflate and deflate in varying patterns, providing deep compression to the muscles which effectively increases blood flow, lymphatic drainage and reduces delayed-onset of muscle soreness (DOMS) providing a great post-workout and sports recovery session.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage when applied skillfully is an effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. A constant build up of tension in the muscles from restricted posture, inactivity or stress may lead to tension and stiffness in the muscles, tendons and ligaments, as well as the joints themselves. These muscle imbalances may develop and often go undiagnosed until they are serious enough to cause the discomfort or impede movement. A skilled massage treatment will help you release the muscle tension, restore the muscle balance and revive your body into a much healthier physical state.
