LIFT

Whether you’re using a 2kg dumbbell or a 16kg kettlebell, we’ll guide you to the right weights for your needs. Over a 6-week cycle of progressive programs, you’ll get stronger and see continuous improvement.

DanceFit
This high-energy class combines dance and aerobic exercise for a fun, engaging workout that gets you moving and sweating. There’s no judgment – just a supportive environment where you can enjoy learning new dance routines. Whether you’re looking to shake up your fitness routine or try something new, this class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No dance experience is required.

Triad calisthenics

HIIT

massage
